What happens if my caregiver is sick? Our services are tailored to each client. There will always be a compatible caregiver if needed.
Who pays the caregiver, Achla or me? You won't need to pay the caregiver anything directly. Our company manages all of the payments for you. In fact, we even manage your insurance claims and other administrative tasks.
How do I select a caregiver? We put our caregivers through a comprehensive screening process before hire. Each caregiver is given a one-on-one interview so that we can learn everything about their background and experiences. Most importantly, our caregivers must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
Can I change the schedule if I have appointments? Absolutely. Simply give us a call and let us know about the change in your schedule. We will accommodate your scheduling needs without any issues.
Are your care options only for Seniors? Although seniors are our most typical clients, our services are available to everyone. It doesn't matter if you're a mother who recently gave birth or a young adult who suffered a terrible accident. If you need to recover from surgery, illness, or some other medical problem or disorder, then our services are perfect for your home care needs.
